Vibration when turning and bumpy when straight at crawl speeds.

While around or under 10 miles an hour and the wheel turned to about 1/4 to 3/4 rotations to the left I get a second long vibration it seems like its coming from the driver front but not completly sure. Its not consistent can me anywhere in that range and to get it to repeat you have to move it back and forth in that range. Also seems like a bump every roation occasionally when driving very slowly in a straight line but not sure. I've been in the brakes and didn't notice anything and greased pins and wear was normal enough. If anyone has any ideas or additional advice for things to check to narrow it down that would be helpful.

Try it in Awd that locks the hubs. The solenoid sometimes fails and doesn’t release the IWE completely. Yes, you have a gen 3.
