06 Expedition Aftermarket Mods help

Hey everyone, I’m new to the forums and I just picked up an 06 expedition from a friend. It was wrecked so he gave it to me and I’ve put the money into repairing most of the damage but really want to build it.
I’m enjoying it so far and would love to make an overland vehicle out of it
and am hoping y’all can point me in the right direction to obtain aftermarket exterior parts (ie; heavy duty winch bumpers, running boards, lift kits, etc.)
I’ve searched quite a bit yet seem to come up short handed. I find stuff for 1st gens and 3rd gens but it seems a little harder to find stuff for the 2nd gens.

Welcome to the forum.

I'm on my third Expedition. I've owned a first generation 1998 XLT, a second gen 2005 Eddie Bauer and currently own a 2005 Limited. I bought my current 05 for 2500 bucks! It needed the cam phasers replaced and a complete timing job. What a learning experience that was. I have been toying with the idea of an overlander conversion as well, but have yet to convince the wife.

I've been a Ford truck guy all my life. I've owned a 85 Ranger, a 72 Bronco, a 89 Bronco, a 93 Bronco, a 93 Ranger, a 08 Ranger and a 2015 Explorer.

I'm adding these running boards from Amazon. On my previous 05 I added a 2 inch spacer lift which gave it an aggressive stance. It didn't take much work and didn't require any other modifications.
