Around December the engine light went on, didn't notice it starting or sounding different when driving, but took it in to see what was going on. Ford guy said it was a misfire, maybe the wires crossed so he moved some things around. Reset things and off I went, not problems until the weekend and the light came back on and I noticed a difference when I was at idle and taking off until I get to about 15mph then it seems to run fine. Really seems to shake and idle really rough, what does this sound like to any of you? I will probably run it in to get it checked out but wanted to see what any of you thought.

check wires around air filter... or take it to an autozone or similar place that will scan it for free... then post the code so we can help you out

bad coil. Put a new one on and runs good. Recommended new plugs and wires since theres 78,000 miles but wanted to wait until I hit 80,000 so next month sometime I will be doing that. Any recommendations of plugs and wires?

Don't need new wires, everything is individually coil fired. However, the plugs might be an issue for you if you are DIY. The factory plug is a 2 piece unit that likes to break when you take them out. There's an extraction tool you might want to invest in. For the plugs, the new Champion 7989 is a one piece replacement design, but they're pricey at @20 a pop. Just do a search to here about horror stories when the plugs decide to break.
Here's the link to the tool

I don't think I will be doing the replacement of plugs from what I have been hearing with those plugs. I probably have the skill and know how, but not the patients for something like that!
