07 front end on 98???

i hope i a not beating a dead horse here... how different is the rest of the body? i understand anything is possible with enough cash and its been done on an f150... i need to replace my front end anyway so it would not be that much more difficult to swap out radiator, core support, etc. as long as i can hang the fenders and the hood will bolt on without serious body reworking...

All you need is the fenders hood grille bumper headlights and header panel. After that it's mostly bolt on. The header panel is the key part, it will save you ALOT of headaches.
