08 Expedition wheel cap help!

I just bought an 08 Expedition EL and the VIN shows it being on 18" wheels but it is on 17" wheels and one of the wheel center caps is missing. I need to replace it but cannot identify it. I have two Ford dealers "working" on it but I don't think it is a high priority for them. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Those are not from an 08, they are 03-06 Eddie Bauer wheels. Was it a Ford dealer you were dealing with because they should've known just from looking at them what they were?
