'08 NAV in a '10???????

I have an'10 expedition with premium sound, sync and sat. My Wife would like to have nav and I dont want to spend the money, So I was wondering if a nav unit from an '08 would operate in a '10.
Any help would be great

Most of them are interchangable. Just check you plugs in back if you have the triple plugs all triples will fit. Not just an expi, but mustangs and trucks etc.
