100,000 miles, what issues should I look for?

I have an 08 Eddie Bauer that just hit 100,000 miles on the clock. What problems or issues should I be looking for? Also what maintenance (outside of spark plugs, fluids) should I preform? My expedition is my road trip vehicle, and I have another trip coming up, going to be ~2000miles. I want to make sure everything is squared away before I embark.
