I got the following DTC codes all in the last two weeks after installing new Catalytic converters. The truck runs good when it's cold, but seems to have a timing issue when it is warm. It stumbles severely on acceleration and starts missing under engine load.

These are the codes that were set: P1131, P0308, P0401, P0C50, P2802, P0060, P2044, B1662, P0021, B0429, P2205, C0008, P0180, P0090, P011A.

Does anyone besides me suspect a ground/wiring/ECU issue rather than believing all these codes set in a few weeks?

Update:
But wait!!! there's more codes still coming out....

When I got the codes above, I cleared the existing ones out so I could see if any were repeats. I didn't drive it an hour before I got three more codes. Only one is a repeat
P0808
P0020
P1131

If you didn't weld the cats on then I would expect a ground issue. But if you arc welded them on without isolating the ecm, there is a possibility of it going south.

Sounds like something with the wiring. Thats a lot of codes to come out all of a sudden. Like what was mentioned above, check the grounds.

Nope, no welding. Just bolt on cats and a clamp on sleeve to the intermediate pipe.

It had a body lift installed when I bought it. I'm wondering if there are wiring pinch points from that install. Anyone know common wiring pinch points for body lift install?

I do not know how you would pinch any wiring lifting the body. You might pull some wires out instead. I would just start at one point ant give the whole truck a look over for open/shorted wires.
