Eh, even F250s get over 1,000lb/ft now a days...

The 6.7L Diesel is crazy powerful, even my dads F-250 Lariat with the 385 horsepower 6.2L Gasser breaks the tires loose like nothing because there is no weight back there. The diesel will break loose at 40 if you hammer down lol. I cannot wait to get behind the wheel of the new 7.3L gasser, she should be a tire shredder.

It looks like Ford may be just maintaining the nameplate as it was coming up for expiration. They maintain old nameplates for multiple reasons...parts sales, future nameplate bank, etc. at this point we don’t know if it means anything or not. It may. Look at the Bronco, the name was around but not used for decades.
