1997 Ford Expedition Shifter troubles

I have a 97 Expedition and have been having to tighten the 2 bolts up under the steering column under the dash for awhile because it would get loose and wouldn't shift right. This morning, I went to put it in gear and 1 of those bolts that holds that bracket on fell out and a piece of the cast aluminum?? part that those bolts screw into also fell out, a half of the part that one of the bolts screws into, the other bolt is still holding up there with the bracket. What is that parts name that the 2 screws with the bracket screws down on? Can that be fixed or replaced
