1998 Eddie Bauer rear entertainment system ???

Could you get a rear entertainment system on a 98 Expedition? I have a 1998 that has a hole in the roof console that I figured was from a flip down screen. I have the aux controls on the rear of the center console. Was this an option and if so does anybody have one they would like to get rid of?
