Are the F150 lightning parts interchangeable with the first gen expeditions. From seats to body parts to motor?

The whole front end is can be swapped over, but the bumpers on the L have a different pad behind it since it is a one-piece urethane, the dash is basically the same, and the console and seats should bolt up with the correct parts. Engine parts can be swapped over too, but the ECU needs to be replaced or reprogrammed. Doors on back will be different.
Just need to make sure the Expy's transmission is the 4R100 or that would need to be swapped over too.
