2000 Ford expedition Drive Cycle

Welp, everything is finally okay. The egr valve was filled with carbon but with a little clean and a 30 min drive no check engine light appeared, everything is okay. But now I have to do a drive cycle. What exactly is a Proper Drive cycle? Is there like a Offical Ford way of doing a drive cycle? I saw that's there's like 8-13 steps. But idk if they apply to my car. I essentially just need the EVAP and CATALYST MON. When I scanned the car those two where the only ones that weren't good. For the rest.....I just drove the car without thinking much or at all. So im not to worried about those.

Just curious...now that the P0174 is gone, what does the scanner show for Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 2?

Do I have to actually idle for 5 1/2 mins. Or does long it reaches minimal temperature

It says time since engine start up that essentially means idle the car correct?

One of the criteria for the tests to start is the engine must have been running for more than 5.5 minutes. I don't think it matters whether it was idling or traveling before then.
