Hey all, maybe someone can bring me in the right direction.
It started slowly, with a long 1 gear (D) delay after the cold start. Reverse popped in rough.
When the trans gets on operation temperature, it runs and shifts fine. No delays, no harsh shift, everything is fine.
So in the last 6 month I changed the following parts.
Oil,
Filter,
Solenoid pack,
Solenoid pack connector,
Transgo shift improvement Kit,
Transmission range sensor,
Cleaned up accumulator body and so on.
After all, the truck still needs to be at operation temperature, until it shifts right and is drivable.
1 gear comes in between 5 to 10 minutes, reverse takes much longer.
Forscan throws out coast clutch sometimes. Which occurred since the rebuild solenoid pack is in.
One thing is also curious, forscan shows trans fluid temp of -1 to -3 ° c in P, R,N, OD.
When shifted in 2 or 1, or deactivated OD , so in D, trans temp shows up correct.
Trans pressure is jumping between 10 and 150 while selecting.
Rpms are not highered well while shifting to D or R..
I really don't want to drop the Transmission for a rebuilt. Its not worth ot for the old boy i think.
The truck is running great when hot. So whats the issue in cold ?
