2001 Not Starting

Replaced all fuel with new fuel
At Schrader valve good pressure
It turns over just does not want to fire at all.
Check cam and crank sensor- (they will prevent it from firing completely)
I am not sure where to go from here.
I do not have access to a scanner, I am working on getting one.
I am not sure if it would completely stop it from starting but small pieces of air filter could have been sucked in the intake. I put a camera in there and could only see the intake. I have also sprayed a little carb cleaner in there and still no fire.

It may be a pats related issue. Is the theft light flashing rapidly??

Pats seems to be working correctly.
Yes it has gas- I wish it was that simple.
I have to assume it is not firing because even when I spray carb
cleaner in the intake I do not get a single cylinder to fire.
Keep the ideas coming.

If I could find a good schematic I think I could test some stuff with a meter to find out what it not reading correctly.

If you are sure it is getting fuel, and the Pats system hasn't shut off the injectors (would explain having fuel but not firing) then you are looking at a spark issue
