2002 Expy stuck in 4High

I have a 2002 expedition Eddie Bauer that it stuck in 4High. I've tried every trick to try to get it to disengage. Replaced the transfer case shift motor when it first happened and nothing. This happened about 3 years ago when my son messed with the switch and my wife went to the store. Removed front drive shaft/line in order to use the vehicle but wanna get this fixed. Please help.

Start at the basics. Have you checked your fuse?

Start at the basics. Have you checked your fuse?

I have, fuses seem fine. Replaced the electronic shift motor when it first happened but there was no change.
