2003 Control arm bushings

Hi, I need to replace front lower control arm bushings on a 2003 awd eddie bauer. I was searching for it but I failed. I've found only complete control arms. The problem is I'm in europe and shipping of the arms would cost fortune. Is there any way to replace only the bushings? Do the bushings from older Expeds fit this one?

If not maybe someone can help me getting new to here?
