2003 Eb Dvd Player

Went to turn insert a DVD into the rear entertainment DVD Player (Factory Installed) and i noticed that it has no power. and will not come on. Is there a fuse that has to be replaced or should i take it in to the dealer.

I'm not being a smart aleck but doesn't the owner's manual list fuse location and each one's purpose?
