2003 EB Navigation ?

I have the 2003 EB with Nav. How can I use it for traffic reports? I see the option, but do I need special software. Also can the phone option be used with Cingular?

the hardware should be in the truck already you should just have to have the nav system up and working and the trafic stuff should work mine is a 2000 and dont have the option so i dont know

what phone option are you talking about and i am sure it can be used with all wireless phone companys

i read in the owners manual how to turn traffic on, but it also states that not many cities use the function, so you will rarely get a traffic report.
no answer on the cell phone question....sorry.
