After driving 30 minutes or more, I shut off my car when I get to my destination, come back to start it up and the engine will not start or crank. I noticed the high temp/low oil signal is on the dash. The temp and oil gauges were fine prior to shutting the car off.
After letting the car set for a couple of hours, it starts up and runs just fine.
Any ideas as to what might be the problem.?

I don’t really know for sure, but get it looked at Asap. Do not pass go, do not collect 200, go immediately to a shop. I had a similar problem once and it cost me an engine. If i were in your shoes i would have it towed.
