2003 hubcaps keep falling off

Has anyone experienced this before? I have lost a couple of hubcaps in recent weeks. Any advice on:

• keeping them in place
• Where to get cheap replacements

Yeah, when people are not careful removing them and break off all the tangs on the back side the caps get loose. The chrome ones look better than the painted ones. You can find tons of them on Ebay.
