Why does my 2004 Ford lose power it will drive steady and after a good ten minutes looses power and it goes very slow then eventually turn off?
Now it's overheating???
Could it be the catalyst converters or is it O2 sensors?

There's an awful lot of potential reasons. The first step is look for Diagnostic Trouble Codes. Most retail auto parts stores will read the engine related codes for free.

Along with the codes provide the engine in your Expedition.

That's a lean code for an O2 sensor. Could be the sensor, could also be a vacuum leak. I would think the vacuum leak is more likely. At the age of these vehicles the vacuum hoses are deteriorating. If it is a vacuum leak and it's that significant you should be able to hear a whistling under the hood to help identify it. A smoke test is a much better way to find a leak, but you need a smoke tester. There's other ways to find it, but there is a risk of fire with them.
