2004 XLT - Horn doesn't work from steering wheel

Hello Expedition Forum,

I have a 2004 XLT 5.4 4x4. The horn will not work from the Steering Wheel.
- The horn works when locking the vehicle from the Key FOB
- So the fuse and relay are working
- I removed the air bag and checked the horn switch functionality - it works
- I removed the clock spring and all circuits pass a continuity check (<1 ohm)

It must be in a connection to/from the column, but I'm having trouble tracing it out without a wiring diagram. I've read other posts with the same issue, but no resolutions posted.

I'm planning on ordering a Service Manual DVD from eBay, but wondering if anyone has other suggestions or possibly a wiring diagram of the suspected circuit?

I was able to track down the broken connection with the wiring diagram, and have it fixed. Thanks!
