2007 Eddie B Radio, Heating/AC lights will not come on

I took my drivers side door off last night to look at my window motor. I connected everything back right everything was working. This morning my wife called said radio heat works but the display won't. She said when she first got in everything worked then all the sudden panels went out. I don't know if the instrument panel with gauges work or not didn't ask. If it is a fuse which number would it be? I did spray a good bit of Windex on the window could it have leaked on a connector behind the door.

Check fuse 10 also check the dimmer switch for your instrument lighting

Thanks for the reply, I didn't have to do anything luckily they came back on later in the day. I guess it was from the Windex.
