I need to remove my drivers seat which requires a T55 torx socket.
The problem is that only are accessible with this tool.
The rear passenger side bolt is right under the frame rail and I cannot get a socket let alone the ratchet on it.
Is this a special tool?
Do they make wrenches for this application or a special tool?

Depending on if it is a power seat and if it still works, you may have to move the seat to the full forward and full rearward positions to help get to the bolts once you have the correct tool for it. Hope this helps.
