2010 2nd row Captain chairs removal on both sides

Hi
Can anyone give me any advice on how to remove the 2nd row captain chairs? I see there is shock in the middle and a plastic piece that needs to be removed to get to the bolts. I just don't want to snap it trying to take it off. I appreciate the help.

Don’t remove the hydraulic strut!! It’s a PIA to reattach. Only the plastic trims over bolts need to be removed. I forgot to remove the strut on the first seat and had no problems. I followed the instructions I read on here and disconnected the strut on the second seat and holy crap was that ever a nightmare to reconnect. I could not get the strut to compress and not having it as a check strap allowed the rod that runs to the rear feet latches to pull apart.
