I have a 2010 Expedition and notice distortion of the windshield. The best way to describe it that it appears to resemble an "orange peel" effect on the laminate between the glass. Took it to the dealer and they confirmed it...Ford replaced the windshield. Problem is the new windshield has the same issue. I have never experienced this with any other vehicles I have owned. I still have a 2001 Expedition and the glass is fine. Just wondering if anyone out there knows anything about this. It's very annoying while driving!

Annoying while driving? Anything that impares your clear vision can be a safety hazard. Say that to Ford, and see how they respond! Make them replace it again till you can see clearly.

I recall several F-150 owners complaining about that same issue when Ford switched to the new body style in 04-05. Take it back to the dealer.

Yeah I agree with that. Appreciate the feedback. Folks with 2010s and probably 2011s need to look for this issue. I'm wondering if Ford went offshore for their glass? I've read about some issues folks have had with non-OEM replacement glass from China.
