2011 Spare Wheel/Tire Question

Is it okay to ride on the spare tire and wheel for a couple of weeks? Its an 18" wheel with pirelli scorpion tire. My 275/55/20 got a gash in the sidewall. Its one of the rear tires local driving only. 45mph and below. I assumed the spare wheel and tires is the same overall diameter as the factory 20" wheel/tire combo.

Yes, you will be fine. City or highway, as fast as you want to go - its not a donut or temporary spare.

That is what I thought. Full Size Spare capable of normal driving.
