2014 rear air clicking in rear compartment , no rear air from vents.

Super common failure of one of the two actuators in the rear HVAC unit. It happens in all generations of Expy's.
Do you feel air coming out of the rear floor vents?
The one circled in GREEN is the roof/floor vent control. RED is the temperature control.
You may be able to get to the upper actuator through the cup holder hole if yours has a cup holder over it.
If you go to the trouble of pulling the entire quarter panel trim section off, replace both actuators, as they are both prone to failure.

Well I ended up with 2 of the same modules on my 2014 model.
I didn’t need the Yh-1872 , I’ll send it back. I appreciate all the help. It went pretty easy, order you a 8mm flex head ratchet wrench to make this job go easy,
$8 on Amazon
All the Motorcraft parts came from Amazon at 1/2 the price of dealership wanted.
