2015 upgrade tire sizes

I ordered the wheels for my 2015 Expy I wanted in XD Series Monster 20X9 18 offset, I'm putting Yokohama Geolander AT/S tires on them, and I would like if you could tell me which tire size do you guys recommend?

265/60-20
275/55-20
285/55-20
295/50-20

I've got a first generation expedition year 2000 with 20 inch wheels. Mine had 285/50/r20 street nankang tires on it. Mine is a 4x4 with apparently no lift. Mine clears fine with no rubbing. Is yours 2 or 4 wheel drive. Not sure what offset my wheels are as they were on SUV when I bought it last year. Just my two cents! Moose.

how big or how much tire do u want? I think factory 20s come with 265/55 or 265/60...I think the 285/55 is going to be the biggest u can do without a lift...im not sure cuz I'm not that much into large tires as I am large rims
