2016 XLT Power drivers seat wont move back

The power seat will go up/down and forward. But not Back! uggh. now it is all the way forward and I can't even get into the seat to drive anywhere.
Any ideas on a fix? anyway to disconnect it and move it back manually?

Had the same issue. Replaced the 6 way switch fixed the issue. Got a cheap one off Amazon. The OEM one is crazy expensive.
