2017 Ford Expedition XLT Carpet Color

I am looking at a 2017 Ford Expedition XLT and noticed that the carpeting in the passenger section is black while in the cargo section it is tan. The seats are some sort of tan leather like material, though the sale lists them as cloth. I am having some questions as to the history of the vehicle as the mileage is rather low. It is listed as one owner, in state.

I bought a new 2015 Ford Expedition Limited 4x4 - with the Dune color interior. The carpet for the first , second and third row is black, and the carpet in the rear compartment (and on the rear of the third-row seat backs) is Dune.

It seemed a bit odd and I had to wonder if the carpet had been changed out.
