2017 Ford Expy XLT Towing Boat

Hi All,

Love my 17 expy XLT short wheel base, but when I towed my 21’ boat it did bounce more than I would like. I am buying a bigger boat 24’ and am a bit concerned this will amplify the problem. Anyone have experience with different shocks or reasonable suspension upgrade that may help with this? It seems fine when not towing. It has about 65k miles btw.

I would recommend a load leveler hitch, it dramatically help the bouncing when I was towing my brother's truck from Texas up to Kansas a couple years back I'll try to find the photo for you.

We estimated this was about 7, 500-8,000 lbs, she was squating a little but there wasn't any bouncing.
