2017 HD trailer tow package

Purchased a used 2017 expo limited about 6 months ago. I look at the window sticker and it says HD Trailer Tow package included which makes me think it had the 3.73 gears. The sticker on the door gives me a code of 15 for the axle which means 3.31 rear axle? Does the HD Trailer Tow package overrule the axle code?

After doing some more research you can have the HD Trailer Tow package and 3.31 rear gears. That is the only thing I regret about buying used and not ordering new.

I have a 2015 expedition that has the HD trailer tow package. It has it has a factory trailer brake controller and the 7 pin and 4 pin connector on the hitch. The axle code on the sticker in the door jamb is a 10. I cannot find any information on what the 10 is. Everywhere I have looked the axle code starts at 12. Anybody here know what the 10 means?

4x4 or 2x4? Don't know if it makes any difference but not even Google can find axle code 10 this morning. There may be a tag on the differential but ya gotta crawl under.

Thank you Mr.Sticker. The sad thing is that I even looked at that brochure but completely missed the axle codes on the right side.
