2018 Expedition Headlight assembly removal

I'm wanting to remove my 2018 XLT Halogen Headlight assembly. I cannot find a "how to" video. I believe I saw one once that included removing the grille. I must not be searching correctly.
Help...

I had to replace the left headlight assembly on my 2020 Expedition Limited as the original was fogging up and developing sever condensation in the wet or cold weather. I couldn't find an acceptable video either, but everything I found did indicate that the grille, front valance and/or elements of the front end had to be removed for ease of access. With my luck a job like that can spiral into a disaster that ends up with broken fasteners and bits that are hard to find or expensive to replace all the while not being able to drive your car because you have the front end torn apart. Instead of wasting a bunch of time and getting frustrated, I went to my local shop and they quoted me a couple hours label to remove the old and install the new. It was worth the couple hundred dollars labor to me to have it done and not have to worry about breaking something myself or running into problems. The guys did a great job and did it quickly. A man's got to know his limitations.

Here are the factory instructions, there are four removal steps. Go to this factory manual website follow the steps, there are several drawings for each step with instructions.
#1 remove both front tires to access retainers on the inner fenders for step #2
#2 remove front bumper cover.
#3 remove grill assembly
#4 remove headlight assembly

Ford is crazy for designing a vehicle that it is so difficult to replace a part such as this headlamp assembly.

On my 2015 Expedition Limited, either headlamp assembly could be removed by removing two 10mm bolts, then pulling the headlamp assembly forward, then disconnecting the wiring harness. Several minutes of labor.

That's exactly why, when it came time to switch our '23 from the factory warranty to an ESP we elected to include the lighting option.
