2019 and aftermarket rear LED brake light bar?

Greetings everyone.
We purchased our '08 Expedition (8'ish years ago) after our '95 Bronco was rear ended (totaled) by a drunk driver. I was looking for more sheet metal around my wife.

Last week we purchased - (still waiting for the dealership to finish their "172-Point Inspection") but waiting for delivery, on our '19 Expedition Platinum, so I've been reading up here. Thanks for all the info on the OEM rear mat!

Thinking of purchasing the OPT7 60" Redline Triple LED Tailgate Light. Since we don't have the vehicle yet, can anyone tell me if there is enough room to install one? The OEM rear mat will be here this week, and was also thinking the LED brake light bar could be in hand as well when the vehicle is ready for pick up. Thanks in advance.

Where are you planning to mount it?

This and other comparable light strips are made to install using double back tape right above the rear bumper. So I'll be using heavy duty 3M double sided on the painted surface right above the bumper if there's enough room.

No room (I mean, you could, but the gap between the lift gate and the bumper is pretty small). A truck tailgate has a much bigger gap because of the way it hinges down, lending itself to the application.

This. Definitely not enough room. I guess you could attach it to the bottom of the liftgate, but then wiring would be problematic.

Otherwise just put one In the receiver hitch..... Not great, but an option.
