2020 Parking Sensor Issue

Hello Everyone,

I'm having an intermittent issue with our 2020 Expedition.

There are times that whenever shifting out of Park or pulling up behind a vehicle, I receive the following error on the Instrument Display:


I've already taken the vehicle to 2 different Ford service centers. Both said there is not history of and no active faults or codes, so they can't pinpoint the issue. Additionally, they say there's nothing physically wrong with the wiring or the sensors.

I contacted Ford directly, but all that they could do was submit feedback to the appropriate department to see if other customers have reported the same issue.

Has anyone else experienced this issue/error? And what was the resolution?

If I'm correct, that may come on if you have and are using the park feature. If you have it, are you accidentally hitting the button on the console?

Nope. Happens everything i shift out of park.

The issue look like something I experience on my 2020. They replace a pigtail on rear bumper they found corroded parking sensor et corrosion on harness 15k868
