Again, l know folks have had different experiences, but I would compare the prices of all the factory stuff and the RCI stuff. They are solid pieces. Mine required cutting two brackets (and I only did this because I didn't want the intercooler mounts to be sitting at an angle with he skid plates being under them), drilling a total of 6 holes (which I also used the entire package that includes all four plates including the tcase) and using some left over u nuts. In total, took me say 4 hours of work, by myself, on just front ramps. Worst part was ****** step drill bits from harbor freight. Oh and I did use one half-inch steel spacer between the front cross member and the plates for an extra bolt, just wanted to be sure it wouldn't rattle.

The felt cover off my '16 is hanging in the garage still like new. No need for it.
