Just hit 12k miles and transmission is starting to klunk badly when put into drive. Also rough 5th and 8th upshift and some downshifts. Only does this when the transmission is warmed up. 175-185 on gauge. Took it to dealer and they reproduced it. They also said they tried to apply a TSB download for this car and said it wouldn’t complete the download because the strategy of the engine PCM doesn’t match the transmission strategy They now have a call into Ford engineering which could take a while. Very frustrating. What makes it more frustrating is that it is my wife’s car. Anyone hear of this problem? Or are they giving me a line of BS.
