Trying to find a white with tan interior in Atlanta with 22” rims, control trac, and Towing package is slim pickings right now.
Your dealer should be able to find something for you at another dealer and work out a trade with that dealer to get what you want. I'm in the Indianapolis area. My 2015 Expedition came from a dealer near Green Bay.

IMO, the Control Track and ELSD just add complexity for things to go wrong. I've heard many complaints about ELSD error messages.. Since you probably aren't going off road and don't have snow in GA I don't think you need it.
HD tow is the important option and since the one w/o those extra options also has it I'd say go with that one.
We do get a ton of heavy rain storms in GA....that is where the ELSD might come in handy from what I understand. Is my thinking correct??

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't help in that situation. Elsd is more a assisting function for low speed actions, such as ramp towing and off roading. The car already has traction/stability control which is enough for most all road conditions. From what you stated, If it's cheaper, dnt worry about the elsd.

I’ve had ELSD in my 2014 250 Super Duty, owned since new. Towed everything under the sun, to including 35’ boats at the ramp, 5th wheels, etc. With the traction control, never once felt the need to “lock out” the rear end.

If road surface is wet and you will make turn at intersections, then the eLSD will work for this situation, especially for sharp turns.

Having driven 4x4 vehicles offroad my entire career, ELSD is great for uneven mountain roads and slick surfaces. But for ordinary diving, even on snow or ice, the traction control will do the job. I agree with dlcorbett it would be a waste for you.

Here is a counterpoint to your point. Traction control kicks in when a tire starts to spin. If LSD keeps or reduces a tire from spinning then traction control does not intervene, or at least not as much, putting more power to the ground. Much more so if one side is on dry ground and the other is not.

Limited Slip doesn’t really help in rain. Snow, mud, yes, rain not really.

I’m inclined to agree with the above that the eLSD seems to have alot of issues, so go with the one without.
