2025 Active Max issues

I have a 2025 active Max with less than 4k miles. I have had it in the shop 3x now for drivers side window bouncing back open after closing the window, so now they are going to replace the motor. I also have the key fob programmed to just open the hatch and not the hatch and tailgate but it still does both so, this will be the 3 time in for that. Now the map that is in the upper screen is gone. I have noticed that the shade for the vista roof when on a bumpy road, it bounces and rattles like it’s going to fall out. If I were you, I would be researching the Missouri vehicle lemon law and keeping meticulous records.

It sux you are having this nagging issue being unresolved. I feel like these are easy fixes snd shouldve been ha died the first time. NOw its sullying your experience. Please have comfort in knowing that if your truck is a lemon, the vast majority of owners are not experiencing problems and it seems the quality of these trucks have gone up substantially. If they buy it back, you may not want one again, but all other trucks but the armada atm is having issues, and more catastrophic than what your experiencing.

I just picked up an Active Max 4WD in November, last week I had the same issue with the map in the top screen going away, it happened when I was playing with the screen settings. After I restarted the truck it came back. From what I was able to find it is a software bug. Maybe try rolling back the software and then reupdating?
