22" Wheels & 305 Tires fitment question

1st time posting here...

I'm sure this has been addressed already but I can't find it.

Looking to put 22" wheels and 305/40/22 tires on 06 Limited. I've found some 9.5 wide wheels but a 10" would fit the 305's better.

My question(s) is/are "Will the combo of 305's on 10" wheels fit? What offset do I need to watch for? Anyone done this? Comments? 305's on a 9.5" wheel?"

I have 305/45/22's on Ford 9.5 wide rims and the tires fit perfect.
