So I want to lift my Expy 3". Problem is it's already got a 3" or drop. I did notice beltech springs up front with ford shocks but haven't checked out the rear yet. Not sure if the spindles are stock or not either. What parts would I need to do this?

you want to lift it 3 inches back to stock height, or 3 inches above stock height for a total of six inches above the current ride height?

biggest thing you need to determine if the spindles were changed. If they are aftermarket the should be stamped some where. Where I'm not sure. I don't know if the ones on the second gen's were stamped from ford or not. Other than that, i think they make spacers for the struts for those. maybe even longer springs. If you can get spacers and factory height springs it should work out good for you.
