was thinking of changing the transmission, transfer case and diff oils now that I’m at 30k miles as preventative maintence. Oils are cheap, unseen water intrusion or other issues leading to failure is not.

Not when most places do the trans service!! This is why I hate the invention of the flush machine. It's nice to get most all of fluid out but you can run more through until you have replaced all same as they do....BUT it is MUCH MORE important to change filter and clan pan.
They made the machine to make it easier for them, THEN charge more and act like it is a better service.
Still pretty hard to get the fluid out of the torque converter by just dropping the transmission pan, so a combination of cleaning the pan/replacing the filter screen and then doing a full flush seems like it would be ideal to get all new fluid in the torque converter and still get the debris out of the transmission pan.
The problem is there is no tranny dipstick (hehehe) to confirm tranny fluid level and no easy place to add the fluid. Last I saw the fill hole was on top of the tranny and difficult to get to.
Wait 20k more miles and do your spark plugs then too.
I do all preventative maintenance that the factory suggests but at half their intervals.
Those are all synthetic fluids and will he just fine until 50k.
My plugs were pretty bad at 50k but you all have the new generation EB so may not be as bad.
I certainly wouldn’t go 100k as the factory suggests but 50k not an issue especially since stuff is cheap.
I do the oil and rotate my tires at 5k. Never even bothered looking at that oil life thing.
I’ll likely do my fuel filter in a couple weeks. Should have just done it with my 50k stuff.
I don't think our '16s have a serviceable fuel filter....
My 17 Expy only has 9,100 miles so far but at 10k I will be doing the following:
Fourth oil change - done at 1,000 miles, 2500 miles, 5,000 mile, now when I hit 10k miles
Drop trans pan, replace trans filter. Measure how much fluid came out and replace with same.
Brake fluid flushed at 5,000 miles, next at 10k miles.
Rear and center differential fluid
Fluids are cheap and they are the lifeblood of the moving components.
How incredibly wasteful. But hey, it's your 3rd gen rig.
To each is own. Do I over maintain my vehicles? Maybe, but fluids are cheap compared to engine and transmission repairs.
I will tell you that my last SUV was an 2005 Ford Excursion that I sold in 2018. I had her for 15 trouble free years and yes I over maintained her too. When I sold her book value was $17k but I got $28k because the truck was spotless and the person who bought it knew it was well maintained.
