I have been looking with no luck to find a bull/push bar for my 2007 expy. I would like it black but I do not want to loose my front tow hooks. All the ones I have seen remove the tow hooks and mount to that location. Has anyone seen a bull/push bar for under $200 where I would not have to sacrifice my hooks?

The 200 dollar bull bars are simply for aesthetics and provide zero protection. You'll need to go with a frontier or Ranch hand to get some decent protection and then on up to a full replacement. I'll try and dig up a photo of a guy who ran into the back of my wife's QX with one of those. She had a B&W tow and stow in the stow position and it bent the bull bar back into his grill with zero damage to her QX.

If you want one here are a couple options:

I have seen those, problem being it looks like I would lose the front tow hooks. There might not be something out there that will work the way I want.

I like the looks of this, but I think it's a photo shop image of a prototype.

I want off-road lights on the front (I do drive farm roads and do mild off-road driving at night) and want to keep my front tow hooks. (Just in case I get stuck I can be pulled out) protecting the front is a good idea, but if is really bad that's what insurance is for. So really I'm doing it for looks/place to mount an off-road LED light.

And I have looked for grille guards and all that comes up are bull/push bars, that's why I asked about those.

So.....n-fab makes this for the F-150 which would bolt up to the expedition since the front frame is the same. You may even be able to get a freebie or cheapie out of them for ordering one and snapping some pics / verifying fitment.

Bought mine off eBay for around $200 a couple months ago and installed it myself. Bought it for aesthetics more than function. More than happy with it.

most if not all bars will sacrifice the tow hooks, there is no real alternative to a sturdy mounting point, unless you get some custom welded bull bars. You could always get someone to weld you some new mounts that would let you keep your hooks.
