3rd row 60/40 seat problem

Having issue with 2019 max 60/40 seat not going down. Only hear a click. I looked for debris in the track area. I am trying to track down the fuses? Any suggestions it’s the 60 part of the seat. The other 40 part works fine

it’s the 3rd row. I did find some debris back there and removed it. It’s on the 60 part of the seat only. I still hear a click and no movement

How do you remove rear cargo tray area box in rear? I need to look under the 3rd row seat
