I was told I could remove my 3rd row but can't seem to get it out. Does anyone know how to?

fold the seat down the lever is on the passenger side then from the rear in the middle of the lower portion there is a bar pull it up and slide the seat back... not the easiest thing to do by your self but it is doable

Thanks, it was a lot easier than I thought. I thought I was going to need to unbolt something

put a key in that hole and pull on the belt. it pops off. then where the belt goes into the side theres a little cover, pull that off, put the belt connector in there and put the cover back on, makes it look cleaner and no belt in the way of anything.

i just put mine back in my excursion. same seat. not a big deal even by yourself and i'm alittle guy lol

is it really? cheap ass ford right there. haha but i lift mine all the time. grab the "back" of the seat, the head rest area, when its all collapsed, and the lever and lift out. easier like that.

i really want to find a junk expy w/3rd row and cut out the floor mounts and add them to my expy. one option i'm missing that i wanted!

3rd rows in expys were optional. mine did not come with one. it has a smooth floor pan in the rear. so i need to get the latches cut out of the floor of a expedition or excursion with a 3rd row and weld them into my rear floor pan so i can then have a 3rd row:)

you shouldn't need to weld anything I am pretty sure you can just bolt it on. The holes are already there or they just need to be drilled. You should be able to see where they need to be drilled

I meant if he cuts factory brackets out of a junk expy. Those aftermarket ones can be bolted easily. I usually just still welded for a stronger hold
