It may differ. But on our 01 the switches are on the overhead map light in between the light switches

Best thing is to refer to Owners Manual. If you don't have a printed one , you can get one off Ford website.

I still don't know what REAR ON button does. Always forget to look that up when I'm done driving. By the time I understand all the controls it will be time to sell it

Rear air conditioning, I think

Depends on your air conditioning package. It probably turns on the rear seat temperature and blower controls on the rear of the console.
