I have an 2005 ford Expedition XLT. It makes and grinding/clunk from the Lf it seems once and while driving above 40 mph. Now when driving my abs light is on most of the time. Also when in A4wd the 4x4 high light will flash. I don't know if the issues are related. I had a bad wheel bearing on the LF but replaced the hub and issue is still there. It seems like the vacuum for 4x4 is working it unlocks and locks the cv shaft when I switch in and out of 4x4. Stumped don't know where to begin.

Thanks
Brian

I would get the codes read Take it to someone that van read ABS codes and post the ccde here on the forum

Sounds like you may have a bad wheel sensor and or the IWE isn't engaging correctly

Did you use a cheap hub? There’s an ABS tone ring in the hub and some of the cheaper ones don’t include them. If the tone ring is missing/damaged the system would throw a code and turn on the light.
