i have an 03 that seems to take forever to fire. I suspected a fuel issue so i cycled the key from off to on a few times and it immediately fired. Im not sure if this is a clogged filter or a weak pump. any suggestions on where to start?

Change the filter. It's relatively cheap, and simple to do. Besides, if it hasn't been changed in a while, it's probably due.

Same problem here, I recently swapped out the fuel pump, Fuel Filter, Cleaned the IAC and Throttle body. I checked the plugs but they all looked new. I recently bought this 03 Expedition. Mileage is 110k, It cranks for a few seconds and then starts, Once it starts it runs fine and has lots of power. I ran it for codes but nothing comes up.. Im kinda stumped.. If I key it a few times it starts fine.. I wonder if it could be the regulator..
